The National Sales Systems Support role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Operations, and Technology. This position is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, ensuring seamless system functionality, and supporting national sales initiatives through HubSpot, ResWare, and related tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Ticket Management
- Manage and resolve tickets submitted through ServiceNow related to sales systems and data integrity.
- Conduct manual deduplication efforts across systems to maintain clean, reliable data.
- Research and resolve Partner Card-related questions and tickets within ResWare.
- Perform repetitive but critical system support tasks in HubSpot to ensure workflow consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct ResWare research on orders and related information to support issue resolution.
Data Imports & Integrity
- Manage new imports of contacts and companies for sales representatives across markets.
- Ensure imports are clean, properly formatted, and duplicate-free to maintain CRM data integrity and retention accuracy.
- Monitor and improve data quality to support reliable reporting and user experience.
Dashboard & Reporting Maintenance
- Clone, customize, and maintain dashboards for multiple markets.
- Update filtering, add or remove users, and modify reports to reflect accurate and relevant data views.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure dashboards support visibility into key sales metrics and initiatives.
User Setup & Maintenance
- Add, remove, and modify user accounts as needed to maintain accurate access across systems.
- Adjust user permissions and roles based on department and market needs.
Data Research & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve system issues by comparing and analyzing data between ResWare and HubSpot.
- Identify root causes of discrepancies, document findings, and communicate next steps for resolution.
Qualifications
- Proactively recommend process improvements to enhance system reliability and team efficiency.
Experience with HubSpot, ResWare, or other CRM/data management platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
