Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Processor to join our team. This role involves managing various administrative and data-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in records management and project coordination. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus, along with leadership qualities and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Duties

  • Prepare, review, and process documentation using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Manage databases and records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information.
  • Support project management activities utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Assist with procurement processes, filing systems, and records management to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using various software tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with team members on organizational tasks such as scheduling, time management, and event planning.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments through written correspondence and verbal updates.
  • Lead or participate in meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to facilitate project progress.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, Project.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in French is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in records management, filing systems, procurement processes, and database administration.
  • Effective negotiation skills coupled with leadership qualities for team coordination.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within deadlines.
