Our Learning& Copilot Specialists play a critical role in deliveringworld-class learning programmes and driving the adoption of both Microsoft 365and AI-powered tools like Copilot and Copilot Studio andAgents. Youll deliver high-quality training across a range ofsectors, contribute to the development of innovative learning resources, andempower organisations to harness the benefits of AI.
Key responsibilities
The ideal applicant will have agood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams,includingthemore technicalapplications,and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and CopilotStudio.You should be able to think intelligently, creatively anddraw on knowledge and experience of how people learn bestand how AI can transform the workplace.
In this role, you will:
o Drive the successfuladoption of Microsoft 365 and improve digital skills within our customerprojects
o Deliver high-qualitytraining and workplace support, remotely or onsite, on all things Microsoft365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
o Help to develop engaginglearning resources, including training courses, guides, videos, and AI promptengineering cheat sheets.
o Help designand facilitate workshops and clinics to embed AI and Copilot Studiosolutions into everyday workflows.
o Support ourcustomers in building, customising, and deploying Copilot Studio solutionsto automate business processes and enhance productivity.
o Drive the successfuladoption of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, improving digital skills andconfidence within our customer projects
o Act as a trustedadvisor, supporting change management and AI adoption strategies

Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of providing engaging training
- Knowledge on working with all apps in the Microsoft 365 suite and experience with the Microsoft AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI)
- Experience in building and deploying solutions using Copilot Studio
- Ability to translate complex technology and AI concepts into practical, user-friendly learning experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional, highly motivated self starter
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital transformation and emerging technologies
