Onco, Inc is a leader in cancer registry solutions, dedicated to providing top-tier software and support to healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients in utilizing our OncoLog Cancer Registry software. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email to Onco Clients.
- Research and resolve client-reported issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track and document client issues from initiation to resolution.
- Conduct software training sessions for new and existing clients.
- Test software upgrades, database modifications, and new modules under development.
- Knowledge about conversion process as well as data validation.
- Assist with client onboarding, including kickoff, conversion, and data validation.
- Maintain knowledge of evolving industry standards and reporting requirements.
- Promote sales for existing clients.
- Potential travel for onsite training, state/national meetings, or team gatherings.
- Promote sales for existing clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ODS-C (Oncology Data Specialist – Certified) required.
- At least 2 years of experience abstracting in a CoC-accredited facility required.
- Experience using OncoLog for a minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in all Onco registry modules.
