Email Campaign Assistant (Google Docs + Mailchimp)
Volunteer role with potential to grow into paid.
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary is looking for someone who preferably knows our story and feels connected to our mission. This role supports 3–4 email campaigns a week, starting with a Google Doc draft and ending with a polished Mailchimp e-blast.
Responsibilities:
- Draft email campaigns in Google Docs.
- Build approved campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Insert images, CTAs, links, and ensure mobile formatting.
- Keep lists organized with some segmenting required.
- Review scheduled emails for accuracy.
- Share quick notes on performance.
Ideal Person:
- Mailchimp experience (basic/intermediate).
- Strong with Google Docs.
- Preferably familiar with the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary story and tone.
- Organized, reliable, detail-focused.
- Passionate about animal rights and vegan values.
Time Commitment: 8–12 hours/week
