Full job description

Entrepreneurial real estate company is seeking a very organized and motivated individual, to help the company grow the firm. No prior experience is needed, however organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.

This is a remote position that assists the brokers to be able to close more deals.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Market research an analysis

– Create and maintain marketing campaigns

– Create and maintain systems to track deals during escrow so nothing gets missed.

– Create and maintain systems for training new hires.

– Create and maintain systems for managing company investment properties.

– Data entry into excel, company software and other files.

– Create marketing brochures and templates using Google Slides, Canva & PowerPoint.

– Bookkeeping, including helping collect rents and pay bills for various investment properties.

– Research and help maintain company compliance of various situations.

– Handwrite letters to clients.

– Help organize daily appointments of company founder.

– Send emails to clients, escrow, title, and others on behalf of the company.

This is a position that wears many different hats on the administrative side. We are looking for the right person to grow with us! Note, this is not a typical 9-5 position, but one that requires a love to work hard and build something special. Pay is based off bonus-pay only. Each time a deal closes this person will receive a bonus. Bonuses can range anywhere from 10% to 15% of each deal. Down the road there will be a possibility for ownership percentage in the company as it grows into a multimillion-dollar commercial real estate firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
