About the Role

​Max Signs LLC is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to support our Interior Signage project team. This role involves coordinating project tasks, assisting with client communication, and helping ensure that signage projects are completed accurately and on schedule. This is a remote administrative role focused on organization, communication, and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Support client intake by collecting project requirements and communicating details to the internal team
  • Coordinate with the design team to relay feedback and ensure project specifications are accurately followed
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, scheduling, and order updates
  • Prepare and organize digital mockups or project documents for client review
  • Monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with project coordination or administrative support preferred
