In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice customers hear when they reach out — helping them get scheduled quickly, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction feels smooth and professional.
You won’t be making cold calls or doing any sales — all calls are incoming. It’s a steady, low-pressure position ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear communication, and the satisfaction of keeping things running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Listen carefully and schedule appointments based on provided information
- Enter details accurately into our system and communicate updates to the team
- Represent the company with a calm, confident, and helpful attitude
- Maintain reliability and consistency throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For
- Some customer service experience — any industry or setting
- A working Windows computer and a reliable headset
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and learning new systems
- Clear communication and a friendly, patient demeanor
- No prior remote work experience needed — we’ll guide you through setup
